Most plantation shutter installations are completed in a single working day once your bespoke shutters arrive. A straightforward room with two or three windows takes 3–4 hours; a full-home install across multiple rooms is usually finished by the end of the day. We agree the fitting date with you at the time of order and stick to it, including any room-by-room sequencing for kitchens, bathrooms, or nurseries that need minimum disruption.

Standard lead time is 10–12 weeks from measure to fitting, across all our ranges. If you need them sooner, we offer an express service of 4–6 weeks at an extra cost. The fit itself is normally done in a day. Lead times move with supplier schedules, so we confirm yours on the quote, not a guess.

Shutters we supply and fit are covered by a 10-year warranty against material defects in design and material, fitness for purpose, and installation carried out with reasonable skill and care — from the date of delivery. Colour fastness, some hardware, blinds, and a few specialist products have shorter periods; full detail is on our 10-year warranty page. Antigua may carry a longer manufacturer guarantee. If a louvre needs adjusting after fitting, we come back — local aftercare, not a call centre.

We price fairly and clearly: itemised quote, fitting included, no hidden survey or measuring fees.
