Brilliant customer service and expert fitting from start to finish.
Customer service was brilliant from beginning to end, always being able to talk to someone re booking, queries etc. Time was taken to measure, ensure details were correct and converse with ourselves re how they would work for us. Fitting them was expertly done, making sure they were perfect with attention given to the smallest details. We are absolutely delighted with them (and that's an understatement!)

Happy with shutters from Harrogate branch. Look lovely and fit well. Had to wait a while before fitting but that was due to delay in delivery...not fault of the company.

Outstanding blinds that exceeded expectations.
Outstanding blinds... I thought they would look good, but these exceeded my expectations, fallen in love with them, had all windows done, it makes such a difference to my house, I'd never go back/settle for standard blinds again, more than worth it to transform your home. Fitted in less than 4 hours (5bed house) impressive thanks again
Truly amazing transformation of the house front.
A few months ago we had Shuttercraft Harrogate fit shutters across the front of the house upstairs and downstairs. What a difference it has made. It looks truly amazing! Superb attention to detail for Orangery windows.
Joe and Adam were brilliant! From start to finish we had the best experience. Our Orangery window sizes and shape were a little different however their suggestions and great attention to detail was superb. Joe kept us constantly updated on delivery and installation. Installation day was super smooth and Adam kept checking throughout to ensure I was happy with what he was doing. Great customer care! This review is for out install of Shutters by Harrogate Shuttercraft. Adam was very informative on every aspect of the install and pointed out things we wouldn’t necessarily have noticed. 5 stars to Adam for stepping in to cover the poor service from Shuttercraft WAKEFIELD. No replies to emails, we had to chase them for answers, they actually sent an invoice when the faulty shutter wasn’t installed. No apologies from the owner. Failed to turn up when we asked to quote for a patio door blind. I will be using Shuttercraft Harrogate from now on.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Shuttercraft. Joe came to measure for the Shutter and was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed of delays and expected fitting dates. The fitter came last week and did an incredibly good and speedy job removing all the packaging when finished. All round fantastic service which I would highly recommend. I would also add that this was a final window to have a shutter fitted. The room was cold, I find that shutters aren’t only beautiful but they improve heat retention and this year help block out heat from the sunshine. The shutters from shuttercraft are excellent quality and compare very well cost wise to my previous purchases.

Very good shutters but the only reason I have given then 4 stars is because the delivery date was only given to us once we had signed up. The delivery date was 4 months !

From the initial survey by Adam, through the measuring up by Joe to fitting, Shuttercraft have acted with approachable friendly professionalism backed by sound advice on the task in hand. Our shutter blinds were fitted yesterday on two fairly big bay windows and a smaller upstairs landing window, in a little more than a morning. The fitters were experienced and explained what they were doing. They did a brilliant job and cleared away the rubbish, including our old blinds. All round, a first-rate service from start to finish

The people who dealt with my order changed hands part way through my order being dealt with and was greeted on the phone by Joe who was very polite friendly and helpful (nothing was too much trouble), when it came to fitting Adam and his apprentice AJ were again polite friendly and efficient ,My shutters look lovely and I am more than happy they left my home clean and tidy, it has been a pleasure.

Professional service from start to finish! Quick response to initial enquiry and easy to book measuring appointment. Good advice received on choice of shutters and also on the blinds available for bi-folds. Fitters were very friendly and efficient and took all waste away with them, leaving no mess. The blinds in the bi-folds have made such a big difference with insulating the house, would highly recommend these to try keep heating bills lower.

Fantastic shutters Our shutters were fitted yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. The guys were really professional, took the time to fit them perfectly around the bits where our walls were uneven, they gave great advice on how to retain functionality of our windows and they even spent extra time on the trimmings so that the finished look is nothing short of perfect. Shutters are not cheap and it’s important that you get quality when you’re investing a decent amount of money into something, and that’s certainly what we got here. We will definitely use you again for other rooms in the house.
