• Seamless from first meeting to fitting — shutters look fantastic.

I ordered plantation shutters for all the windows in my home. From the initial meeting to fitting, the whole process was seamless and straightforward. Ant was super helpful with talking me through the options and came prepared with samples. He even left me some paper blinds to use in the meantime even though at that point I hadn’t confirmed the order. Really competitive pricing. Julie made the administrative process so easy and kept me informed intermittently as there was a 12 week lead time. Jamie, who fitted the shutters was absolutely lovely. Really personable and talked me through everything. I’m so pleased with the shutters. They look fantastic. A great team and company.

• Stepped in to provide 5-star local service.

This review is for out install of Shutters by Harrogate Shuttercraft. Adam was very informative on every aspect of the install and pointed out things we wouldn’t necessarily have noticed. 5 stars to Adam for stepping in to cover the poor service from Shuttercraft WAKEFIELD. No replies to emails, we had to chase them for answers, they actually sent an invoice when the faulty shutter wasn’t installed. No apologies from the owner. Failed to turn up when we asked to quote for a patio door blind. I will be using Shuttercraft Harrogate from now on.

• Courteous staff and improved home heat retention.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Shuttercraft. Joe came to measure for the Shutter and was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed of delays and expected fitting dates. The fitter came last week and did an incredibly good and speedy job removing all the packaging when finished. All round fantastic service which I would highly recommend. I would also add that this was a final window to have a shutter fitted. The room was cold, I find that shutters aren’t only beautiful but they improve heat retention and this year help block out heat from the sunshine. The shutters from shuttercraft are excellent quality and compare very well cost wise to my previous purchases.

Fantastic shutters Our shutters were fitted yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. The guys were really professional, took the time to fit them perfectly around the bits where our walls were uneven, they gave great advice on how to retain functionality of our windows and they even spent extra time on the trimmings so that the finished look is nothing short of perfect. Shutters are not cheap and it’s important that you get quality when you’re investing a decent amount of money into something, and that’s certainly what we got here.
